We are working with a leading M&E contractor who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their delivery team on a prestigious project in Haringey, working in close partnership with one of the UK’s leading main contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Construction Manager looking for long-term, stable work in London, supported by a strong and secured pipeline of commercial and healthcare projects across the capital and surrounding areas.

The Role: As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of mechanical services on a high-profile project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing mechanical installation works on site from pre-construction through to handover
  • Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
  • Working closely with the main contractor, design team, and commercial teams
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Managing programmes, quality inspections, and commissioning activities
  • Supporting progress reporting and problem-solving on site

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on large-scale projects
  • Background delivering projects within commercial and/or healthcare sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services
  • Experience working alongside Tier 1 main contractors
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant mechanical qualifications
