Working with some of the UK’s most loved brands, you’ll support the smooth and efficient running of client projects, collaborating closely with our expert Creative team to deliver campaigns that go Beyond Expectation.
You’ll already have at least 1 year of experience working within an agency or similar creative environment – this isn’t a graduate role. You’ll be super-organised, a confident communicator, and passionate about building great relationships both internally and externally.
You’ll have a background working on creative campaigns, a good understanding of project processes, and be comfortable managing your workload independently on a daily basis. We’re a friendly and energetic team, so we’re looking for someone with the same positive attitude and drive to always go Beyond Expectation – for our clients and for each other.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Client Services team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and amends.
- Writing clear and concise meeting notes, project briefs, and status reports.
- Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Proofing work before it goes to clients.
- Actively participating in briefings, meetings, and shoots when required (own transport essential).
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural relationship builder with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with standard industry tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow your skills, including brief writing and creative evaluation.
What we can offer you:
- Overtime payments
- Private medical insurance
- Flexible benefits, including travel, retail, gym, and cinema vouchers
- Company-funded social activities
- A beautiful and inspiring private island location, with our own wildlife, bees, and wildflower meadow
- A supportive, friendly, and inclusive team culture
If you think you have the skills and drive to join the CHS team, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV and portfolio to recruitment@chs.agency.
