Role Description: This is an on-site full-time role located in Shropshire and Powys for a Water Hygiene Remedial Plumber. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting remedial plumbing works to ensure water hygiene compliance, maintaining and repairing water systems, and assessing system performance. Daily tasks also include pipe modification, chlorination, and replacement of water storage tanks in accordance with safety regulations. Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in plumbing and pipe installation and modification.
- Skills in maintenance & repair of water systems.
- Excellent customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients.
- Understanding of water safety compliance, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274 standards.
- Ability to work independently or in a team within an on-site environment.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in plumbing or water hygiene (preferred).
