This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant position based in London, providing direct support to the senior team. The role is central to maintaining operational effectiveness at the executive level, particularly in the context of fundraising, investor engagement, and international operations.
The Executive Assistant will provide trusted support to the senior team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and core office matters in a fast-paced investment environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate high-volume internal and external meetings, including fundraising and investor interactions
- Organise international travel logistics in coordination with the firm’s appointed travel agency, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and promptly
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Support investor roadshows, board meetings, and firm-wide events
- Act as a key point of coordination for senior team communications
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all business matters
- Liaise with existing office suppliers, building management, and maintenance providers as required
- Assist with general office administration and facilities coordination
- Support the organisation of smaller internal events and occasional office drinks
- Help ensure the office environment is well-presented when hosting investors and external stakeholders
- 3-5 years minimum relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a demanding environment
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- High attention to detail and execution accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard productivity tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
- Professional discretion and sound judgement
- Experience within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or broader financial services is preferred but not required. Candidates from similarly rigorous, high-performance environments will also be considered.
