Job Description The Shipping Demand Planner plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the company\’s supply chain operations by blending analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration. This position leverages data from marketing, sales, finance, and retail partners to accurately forecast product demand and align inventory flow with business objectives. It also ensures seamless outbound shipping coordination to meet customer expectations efficiently and cost-effectively. Demand Planning: • Own and manage all forecasting activities related to assigned customers and product lines. •Questioning the Sales forecast viability of the company provided by third party. •Develop and refine statistical demand models using historical trends and syndicated data (e.g., IRI). •Integrate business intelligence and input from sales, marketing, finance, and retailer replenishment analysts. •Facilitate monthly forecasting reviews with cross-functional partners to ensure forecast alignment. •Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
