Clipboard is seeking a Strategic WFM Analyst to join our remote-first team. You will own centralized forecast, capacity planning, and workforce cost optimization across all lines of business, translating complex demand into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime strategies while engaging Finance, Product, and Operations.
You will model capacity risks, prepare executive memos, and present findings to Directors. Strong WFM maths and Python/SQL skills are essential in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
