We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Vincent team as our dedicated design voice for integrations and API experiences. Vincent combines a global legal database with cutting-edge AI to handle complex legal work, and your work will focus on how Vincent connects with the broader legal technology ecosystem to deliver seamless, powerful workflows for enterprise clients.
As part of Clio’s Enterprise division, this role sits at the heart of our most ambitious growth story. Clio Operate and Vincent together form a category-defining product suite that is enabling untethered growth for legal clients worldwide. Operate grew revenue by ~100% in 2025, and Vincent is accelerating fast.
Design plays an integral role at Clio, making up one of the three pillars of our Research and Development organization alongside Product Management and Engineering. Product designers directly engage in researching the behaviors and needs of our users. They act as user experience champions as we work to transform the way that lawyers and their staff provide services to their clients. - Design intuitive experiences for how Vincent integrates with external legal tools, platforms, and data sources used by enterprise law firms.
- Work with Product and Engineering to understand the technical complexity of API-driven workflows and translate it into clear, user-friendly design.
- Advocate for enterprise users by deeply understanding how legal technology connects to their daily practice and mission‑critical workflows.
- Concept, prototype, and deliver design solutions that reduce friction in connecting Vincent with third‑party tools and surfaces.
- Contribute to and evolve Clio’s design system to ensure integration experiences are consistent and scalable across the platform.
- Conduct user research interviews, usability testing, and analysis to understand how legal professionals interact with connected systems.
- Articulate the rationale behind your design decisions, and ask difficult questions and challenge assumptions across product and engineering.
- Leverage AI to accelerate your design process and identify opportunities to automate and improve integration workflows.
- Provide thoughtful feedback in team critiques.

Qualifications:
- Experience designing for technical audiences or developer‑adjacent workflows, including APIs, integrations, or data pipelines.
- 6+ years of experience in product design. SaaS or enterprise experience is preferred.
- Experience working on complex, interconnected systems.
- Experience with design systems.
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design insights.
- A track record of shipping products that solve complex workflow problems and move company metrics.
- Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Figma Make) and willingness to adopt new tools as needed.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, visual design, and accessibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile product development environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
