We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations specialist to join our global Marketing Operations team. As Clio grows across the UK, Ireland and Europe, our EMEA teams need Marketing Operations support in their own time zone. This is a hands-on, technical role and our main MarOps cover for EMEA. You’ll bring our global processes to the region and keep campaigns and systems running during EMEA hours.

What your team does

Marketing Operations is the operational backbone of Clio’s marketing team. We own campaign operations, lead funnel infrastructure, measurement and attribution, and the marketing tech stack, as one global team with shared standards. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. You’ll work closely with EMEA Marketing, regional Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, Data Insights and your MarOps teammates in North America.

In this role you will:

  • Be the dedicated MarOps partner for EMEA marketing and sales teams, turning regional requests into scoped, prioritised work, and applying our global processes and playbooks, customising them only where a market needs it.
  • Build and launch EMEA campaigns, webinars, events, nurtures and paid social programmes across our marketing automation and ABM platforms, including localised forms, consent, tracking and QA for product launches and new markets.
  • Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps on lead stamping, scoring and routing for EMEA, and work with our Data teams so every EMEA marketing effort can be tied to pipeline, revenue and impact.
  • Keep our EMEA database clean, enriched and compliant with EU and UK GDPR, PECR, the Irish ePrivacy Regulations and local consent rules.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems during EMEA hours, design AI workflows that remove manual work, and lead strategic projects that improve how the global team operates.

Who you are

  • Technical, curious and energised by problems you haven’t solved before.
  • You believe in building something once and scaling it everywhere, and you know when a market needs something different: consent, language and local routing all change between London, Dublin and Madrid.
  • Comfortable being the in-region expert and making decisions without waiting for North America to come online.
  • A clear, async communicator who keeps a global team in sync across time zones.

What you'll work on:

  • In-region partnership: Be the dedicated MarOps partner for EMEA marketing and sales teams, turning regional requests into scoped, prioritized work.
  • Repeatable by default: Apply and improve our global processes, playbooks, and templates, and customize only where a market needs it.
  • Campaign operations: Build and launch EMEA campaigns, webinars, events, nurtures, and paid social programs across our marketing automation and ABM platforms.
  • Lead funnel: Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps on lead stamping, scoring, and routing for EMEA, and keep the funnel running smoothly in the region.
  • New markets and launches: Operationalize product launches and market expansions, from localized forms and consent to tracking and QA.
  • Measurement: Make sure every EMEA marketing effort can be tied to pipeline, revenue, and impact, working with our Data teams on tracking and attribution.
  • Compliance and data: Keep our EMEA database clean, enriched, and compliant with EU and UK GDPR, PECR, and local consent rules.
  • Systems, AI, and strategy: Monitor and troubleshoot systems during EMEA hours, design AI workflows that remove manual work, and lead strategic projects that improve how the global team operates.

What you may have:

  • Significant experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company, including supporting EMEA markets.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform, plus working experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with EU and UK GDPR, PECR, and consent management in marketing systems.
  • You've launched campaigns or funnels in new markets or languages, and know when to standardize and when to customize.
  • You've used AI to build workflows or automations that run in production.
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and integrations, and the ability to diagnose a broken data flow.
  • Clear, async communication with teams across time zones.

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with ABM, intent, conversational, or attribution tools such as 6sense, Qualified, or Dreamdata.
  • Experience running campaigns in Spanish or another European language.
  • HTML and CSS for email and landing page builds.
  • Experience in legal tech.

What you will find here:

  • Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits and dental coverage.
  • Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.
  • Flexible time off policy.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.

The expected salary range for this role is 79,600 to 107,800 EUR. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.
