We are currently seeking a UK based, Education Manager to join our growing remote Customer Success team.

What your team does:

ShareDo, part of Clio, is a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform that empowers large law firms to develop tailored solutions for managing their work processes. We are currently targeting mid to large law firms who use ShareDo as their Case Management System to streamline processes, maximize margin, and provide improved client experiences.

In March 2025, Clio announced the strategic acquisition of ShareDo. Headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, Clio has offices in Toronto, Calgary, Dublin, Manchester, and Sydney, with a global workforce of 1,400+ employees.

We are looking for an Education Manager who is as excited about learning and development as we are. In this role, you will be the architect of our training and certification programs, crafting educational journeys that resonate with internal teams, partners, and customers alike. Your goal is to ensure everyone not only understands our product but is inspired to use it to its fullest potential.

What you’ll work on:

  • Craft Compelling Training Programs: Design and roll out engaging training initiatives that cater to diverse audiences, from our internal staff to external partners and customers.
  • Develop Impactful Certification Paths: Create certification tracks that challenge and validate the expertise of our users, aligning with industry standards and our internal competency frameworks.
  • Curate Engaging Content: Produce a variety of educational materials—think interactive courses, insightful webinars, and hands-on workshops—that make learning our product both informative and enjoyable.
  • Align with Competency Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all training materials are in sync with our competency models, supporting skill development at every level.
  • Deliver Dynamic Training Sessions: Lead live sessions that captivate and educate, helping learners apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Be the go-to resource for learners, offering guidance and support to ensure they can effectively apply their knowledge.
  • Measure and Enhance Training Impact: Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of training programs, continuously refining content and delivery to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure training programs align with company goals and product updates.
  • Scale Training Initiatives: Develop scalable solutions that cater to a growing global audience, including localized content to meet diverse needs.
  • Promote Self-Learning: Enhance self-service learning options, empowering users to learn at their own pace and convenience.

What you may have:

We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused sales professional with a strong track record in high-value, complex B2B selling. You understand how to build momentum in long sales cycles, navigate multiple stakeholders, and close deals that solve real problems.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years in training, education, or instructional design, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging educational content across various formats.
  • Familiarity with developing training programs that align with competency models.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements based on data.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple training programs simultaneously.

The full salary range for this role is £54,300 to £63,900 to £73,400 GBP. Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.

We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
