This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
The Teller provides service excellence as well as builds relationships with customers through sales and cross-sales. Provides expertise with respect to more complex Bank services and demonstrates an in-depth level of product and service knowledge. Takes complete ownership of all customer needs. Contributes to the achievement of corporate and individual goals by recognizing cross-sell opportunities to actively promote the Bankβs products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service while promptly and efficiently processing customer transactions. Promote positive public relations by providing professional and pleasant greetings in accordance with retail procedures and performance standards.
- Balance daily work in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure that appropriate documents are received, complete, and properly filed in compliance with bank policies and procedures by securing adherence to all audit requirements.
- Accurately process a variety of customer banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, and answering questions.
- Reconcile cash drawer.
- Comply with bank operations and security procedures.
