Pact in Stoke Heath is seeking a Family Support Worker (Visits Centre Assistant) to help families visiting loved ones in prison. Based in the visitor centre, you’ll provide information, guidance, activities for children and refreshments to make visits as positive as possible.
You’ll work calmly and sensitively with people facing difficulties, collaborating with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and to improve family support services.
