Clinked is seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to enhance organic visibility and drive sustainable traffic growth. You will own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, collaborating with content, product, and development teams to optimize Clinked’s presence in search engine results.
Core Responsibilities
- On-Page SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research to inform content across blogs, product pages, and resources.
- Optimize metadata (titles, descriptions), headers, internal linking, schema markup, URLs, and image alt text.
- Support content team with SEO best practices and perform regular audits of existing content.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop link-building strategies to acquire high-quality inbound links and build domain authority.
- Collaborate to generate user reviews and mentions on SaaS/B2B platforms like G2 and Capterra.
- Technical SEO
- Perform technical audits for crawlability, indexability, site architecture, mobile responsiveness, page speed, redirects, and structured data.
- Partner with developers to implement technical fixes: optimize robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals, HTTPS, and mobile-friendly design.
- Analytics, Reporting & Testing
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategy.
- Lead A/B or multivariate tests (e.g. metadata, landing page layouts), and report on results with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and backlink growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Learning
- Work closely with content, product, and development teams to embed SEO best practices across the user and technical path.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and SEO tools; share learning and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in SEO roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Proficiency with core tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Hands-on experience with technical SEO and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics.
- Proven ability to conduct keyword research, optimize content, build links, and analyze results.
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications in SEO (Google, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience generating user reviews and managing B2B SaaS listing presence.
