Clinix Connect Healthcare are proud to be working with a warm, well-run GP surgery on the Devon-Cornwall border, offering an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking a salaried role with flexibility, great work-life balance and a truly supportive team environment with 15-minute appointments, 12 patient contacts per session.
This is a well-regarded, forward-thinking practice with a strong team ethos, low turnover, and a genuine commitment to providing patient-centred care while protecting clinician wellbeing. The practice is set in a charming semi-rural community near the coast and offers a flexible, friendly environment with protected clinical time and minimal bureaucracy.
About the Practice- Based in a peaceful, semi-rural town local to the North Devon coast
- Friendly, GP-led team with low staff turnover and excellent staff morale

- High QOF achievement and well-rated by patients
- Multi-disciplinary team includes GPs, ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers & Paramedics

- 4 to 8 sessions per week (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Primarily routine appointments with protected clinical admin time
- Triaging own patient list with a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations
- 12 patients per session, 15-minute appointments
- Shared low-intensity on-call rota
- No home visits supported by Paramedics and shared across the team
- Participation in regular clinical meetings and informal team catch-ups
