At Clinisys, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the implementation of our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions across healthcare, life sciences, public health and commercial laboratory environments. You'll work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, support integrations and deliver successful LIMS implementations. The role also includes supporting AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives within modern laboratory environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading LIMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live.
  • Conducting workshops, business analysis and workflow assessments.
  • Configuring, testing and validating LIMS solutions.
  • Supporting integrations with laboratory instruments and third-party systems.
  • Delivering customer training, demonstrations and solution workshops.
  • Supporting software upgrades, enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
  • Contributing to AI, automation and digital transformation projects.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a LIMS Consultant, Senior Consultant, Solutions Consultant or similar role.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience within laboratory environments, laboratory informatics, healthcare IT or LIMS/LIS implementations.
  • Experience implementing and configuring LIMS and/or LIS solutions.
  • Experience gathering requirements and delivering customer workshops.
  • Experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects.
  • Experience supporting testing, validation and deployment activities.
  • Experience working within regulated laboratory or healthcare environments.
  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Molecular Biology or a related scientific discipline.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Clinisys solutions or other leading LIMS platforms.
  • Experience integrating laboratory systems, instruments or healthcare applications.
  • Experience with AI, automation, analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Software, database or integration experience.
