Clinisys is seeking an Application Support Analyst to manage incidents within SLA in a Service Management environment.

This permanent role follows a five‑day week with core hours from 08:00 to 20:00, and a hybrid model with three days in the Woking office.

You will build rapport with end users, resolve calls, and participate in on‑call and training activities, applying knowledge of AI‑enabled pathology tools where appropriate.

Strong IT experience and excellent communication are essential.
