Clinisupplies is a leading UK-based manufacturer and supplier of medical appliances specialising in bladder and bowel products for managing acute and chronic conditions. We also offer a portfolio of bandages and garments for the treatment of wounds and chronic skin conditions. Employing over 800 people in the UK, China and India, we supply our products to the NHS and deliver direct to patients’ homes through Nightingale Home Delivery, our dispensing appliance contractor.

Clinisupplies is focused on developing products which are simple and discreet to use. Our product development team works with clinicians and patients to develop a strong product pipeline to be manufactured at its CA, CE, ISO, US FDA approved facilities.

Job Summary

This role executes strategies to build, maintain, and grow market presence of a significant Clinisupplies brand, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and achieves business growth goals

Duties and responsibilities

  • Conducts market research to understand customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends to develop winning plans for allocated brands / product categories
  • Implements brand strategies, guidelines and campaigns to strengthen brand identity and drive client and end user loyalty
  • Collaborates with product, commercial, clinical and marketing teams to align initiatives with brand objectives
  • Oversees the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and multi-media digital content that reflect the brand’s voice
  • Analyses brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback to inform decisions
  • Manages branding activity and initiatives within allocated budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and return on investment
  • Builds and maintains relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners to ensure close alignment and high-quality, brand aligned outputs
  • Ensures consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints and platforms
  • Identifies opportunities for brand growth through new products, markets, or partnerships, ensuring effective cross-functional communication of market intelligence
  • Monitors and protects the brand’s reputation, addressing any issues that may impact public perception. Supports the development and implementation of Clinisupplies marketing strategy, identifying macro trends, complex challenges and opportunities for products and services
  • Maintains an understanding of job-related systems and technology
  • Puts the consumer at the heart of decisions and improvement recommendations
  • Upholds Clinisupplies’ Values and makes sure all colleagues feel valued, respected, appreciated and free to be who they are at work
  • Complies with all policies, procedures, codes of ethics and mandatory instructions; identifies and reports risks
  • Develops own capabilities and participates in development activities. Gains or maintains external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential
  • Treats Clinisupplies funds carefully, ensuring they are not wasted and are utilised effectively
  • Maintains accurate systems and records. Accesses, updates and deletes data for legitimate work purposes only. Takes appropriate steps to protect data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity
