Clinisupplies is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of medical appliances, specialising in bladder and bowel products for the management of acute and chronic conditions. With over 800 employees across the UK, China and India, we supply the NHS and deliver products directly to patients’ homes through Nightingale Home Delivery, our dispensing appliance contractor. Role Summary
We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our sales team. You will support the implementation of projects that drive the sale of Aquaflush, meeting the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients within a competitive primary and secondary care market. This is a regionally field-based role and will require working away from home as needed, with overnight stays expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush
- Working closely with the Clinical team and Commercial Manager to establish product usage across the region through key commercial activities
- Representing the company at regional consumer events to build relationships with key healthcare professionals in bowel and continence care
- Supporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of patient access pathways through Care+/Nightingale+ programmes within the Nightingale Delivery service
- Maintaining excellent standards of territory management, journey planning and business preparation
- Learning and applying the selling process
- Developing a strong understanding of primary and secondary care within the NHS and its evolving landscape
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the formulary process and influencing positive positioning of Clinisupplies products
- Operating effectively across all levels of the NHS and within a sales team environment
- Understanding how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates
- Providing effective weekly updates via company IT systems, including CRM, calendars and monthly reports
- Supporting colleagues as required, including training, formulary submissions and discharge policy rollouts
- Supporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance
- Delivering effective Aquaflush training to healthcare professionals
- Working closely with regional colleagues to deliver key projects at both regional and national level
- Building strong customer relationships and promoting products and services to NHS and private healthcare customers
Experience Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a sales role
