Clinisupplies is a leading UK-based manufacturer and supplier of medical appliances specialising in bladder and bowel products for managing acute and chronic conditions. Employing over 800 people in the UK, China and India, we supply our products to the NHS and deliver direct to patients’ homes through Nightingale Home Delivery, our dispensing appliance contractor.
Our product development team works with clinicians and patients to develop a strong product pipeline to be manufactured at its CA, CE, ISO, US FDA approved facilities. We have an opportunity for a TAI Key Account Manager to join our sales team. You will support the implementation of projects which support the sale of Aquaflush which meets the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients, into the competitive primary and secondary care market.
The role is regionally field based which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays can be expected. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will have responsibility of:
- Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush
- Working closely with the Clinical team and Commercial Manager to establish product usage across the region through key commercial activities in conjunction with our clinical team
- Representing the company at regional consumer events in order to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals in the areas of Bowel and Continence care
- Supporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of pathways for patients to access our services through our Care+/Nightingale+ programs within Nightingale Delivery service
- Developing a thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHS
- Developing an ability to function across all levels of the NHS, as well as within a sales culture team environment
- Developing a thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates
- Providing effective weekly updates of company IT requirements, CRM, Calendar, Monthly reports to National Sales Manager
- Assisting colleagues when needed for example with training, formulary or discharge policy rollout etc.
- Supporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance
- Delivering effective training on Aquaflush to healthcare professionals
- Working closely with your regional colleagues to support the delivery of key projects both nationally and regionally
- Building excellent customer relationships and sell the product and service to NHS and private healthcare customers
Experience in a sales role is essential. Highly self-motivated and tenacious candidates must be able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment. Experience in a medical device sales role with a successful track record is preferred. Commercial/business acumen is also important.
