The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

We have an opportunity for a TAI Key Account Manager to join our sales team.

You will support the implementation of projects which support the sale of Aquaflush, meeting the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients, into the competitive primary and secondary care market.

The role is regionally field based, requiring working away from home as needed, so overnight stays can be expected.

The patch includes Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Exeter, Dorset and Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for Aquaflush.
  • Working closely with the Clinical team and Commercial Manager to establish product usage across the region through key commercial activities in conjunction with our clinical team.
  • Representing the company at regional consumer events to develop relationships with key healthcare professionals in bowel and continence care.
  • Supporting partnering Trusts with the provision, promotion and implementation of pathways for patients to access our services through our Care+/Nightingale+ programs within Nightingale Delivery service.
  • Maintaining excellent standards in territory, journey and business preparation and planning.
  • Learning and then understanding the selling process.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of both secondary and primary care within the NHS, and the changing face of the NHS.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the formulary process and ability to influence for positive positioning of Clinisupplies products.
  • Developing an ability to function across all levels of the NHS, as well as within a sales culture team environment.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of how a Dispensing Appliance Contractor operates.
  • Providing effective weekly updates of company IT requirements, CRM, Calendar, Monthly reports to National Sales Manager.
  • Assisting colleagues when needed, for example with training, formulary or discharge policy rollout.
  • Supporting partnering establishments with formulary implementation and product guidance.
  • Delivering effective training on Aquaflush to healthcare professionals.
  • Working closely with regional colleagues to support the delivery of key projects both nationally and regionally.
  • Building excellent customer relationships and selling the product and service to NHS and private healthcare customers.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales role.
  • Dynamic and driven.

  • Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder.
  • Highly self‑motivated and tenacious, able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment.
  • Well‑organised and able to plan weekly and monthly diary.
  • Able to operate independently and also work within a team.
  • Strong mindset and ability to articulate your thinking and bring others around to your way of thinking.
  • Desirable: Clinical background.
  • Desirable: Anal Irrigation/Continence market and competition knowledge.
  • Desirable: Experience in a medical device sales role with a successful track record.
  • Desirable: Clinical/Business acumen.
