Clinique, the infamous luxury skincare brand have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Beauty professional, who wishes to embark on a career within Education – Clinique have created a new position of Education and Sales Trainer/ Coach – which is a training role within the store setting – working with a team of 20 team members, working on product education, service skills and excellence in Clinique consultations. The role is based at Heathrow airport and covers all 4 Terminals, with Clinique counters in all 4 locations. The In-store trainer is an instrumental role to support driving sales and productivity and advancing the team through Clinique education steps and coaching strategies. Th Beauty Coach / trainer will also set the very best example of service excellence. The role is Monday to Friday – however with Heathrow Airport trading 365 days a year, you will need to be flexible to work some weekend days, some early shifts and some evenings within the month. Parking at the airport is provided for you. Ideal candidates will – be passionate about working with people and using coaching and development strategies – seeing results from the team Have previous experience within a similar role – ideally from the Beauty industry or experience as a Counter Manager/Team Manager Understand Team key performance indicators and commercial awareness of business performance Have some experience of organising training events, managing delegates and training delivery Have a passion for retailing and results delivery Be competent in digital education tools What you get from Clinique: World renowned Product training and investment in your career and future Opportunity to work in exciting retail environments – the airport is a dynamic retail environment and is a busy location Excellent salary and package as well as product allocation, staff sales and other excellent benefits What the role involves: Education Support: Coach, motivate, and evaluate team performance based on productivity and other KPIs. Work alongside the Counter Manager to identify and address training opportunities in their team. Create and maintain an in-store education plan for each advisor. Coaches new Consultants through inside Clinique & reviews progress Conduct strategic follow-up of all classroom education and virtual workshops to ensure successful roll out of training initiatives, including Clinique eLearning platforms Assist, as required, with the facilitation of core education programmes. Identify locally relevant education opportunities to develop talent and capability with our advisors through regular monitoring, feedback, and reporting. Conduct training for agency, to support with promotions, events during launches and/or high traffic moments. Sales Performance and Productivity: Mentor teams in-store to meet retail sales objectives defined by the company – Support and coach advisors to ensure that they have the skills necessary to sell across category as well as achieve brand/s KPIs Host on-counter Education workshops to drive the sell-through of new launches/limited-life collections/product priorities. Boost retail sales using the 70/30 approach (30% of time dedicated to selling) Digital – Assign relevant Clinique eLearning lessons and/or TR U content and ensure teams completion of designated E-Learning. Follow-up content assignments with the team to ensure learnings are retained and actioned. Utilize the Clinique Education & TR U dashboards to monitor teams E-Learning activity, engagement, and overall progress. Provide ongoing social media engagement coaching and development for advisors. This role is based at Heathrow Airport – to work in any airport you must first have airside clearance – you must have 5 years of Employment referencing and a Criminal Reference Check – this will be done for you on your behalf, but you are expected to support this process.
