Trainer - Beauty Education and Sales

Clinique, the infamous luxury skincare brand have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Beauty professional, who wishes to embark on a career within Education – Clinique have created a new position of Education and Sales Trainer/ Coach – which is a training role within the store setting – working with a team of 20+ team members, working on product education, service skills and excellence in Clinique consultations. The role is based at Heathrow airport and covers all 4 Terminals, with Clinique counters in all 4 locations. The In-store trainer is an instrumental role to support driving sales and productivity and advancing the team through Clinique education steps and coaching strategies. Th Beauty Coach / trainer will also set the very best example of service excellence. The role is Monday to Friday – however with Heathrow Airport trading 365 days a year, you will need to be flexible to work some weekend days, some early shifts and some evenings within the month. Parking at the airport is provided for you.
