As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing responsive, day-to-day technical support to colleagues across the business.
You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues, manage user accounts, and help ensure IT services run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll take ownership of support requests from start to finish — logging tickets accurately, capturing the right level of detail, keeping users informed, and resolving issues in line with agreed service levels.
Where needed, you’ll elevate issues with clear diagnostic information to ensure swift resolution.
Working closely with the IT Support Team Leader and wider IT team, you’ll support end users across multiple systems and technology, providing clear advice and practical solutions.
You’ll play an active role in maintaining and improving our IT services, identifying recurring issues and opportunities to enhance performance.
You’ll also contribute to wider IT initiatives and projects, help maintain documentation and knowledge resources, and support continuous improvement across the service desk.
Throughout, you’ll build strong working relationships with colleagues, communicate clearly and professionally, and deliver a high standard of customer‑focused support to enhance the Company’s quality image.
- Experience with Microsoft software and IT equipment
- Strong problem‑solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in an IT support role.
- Microsoft 365 Administration including Share Point, One Drive, Teams and Intune.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including but not limited to operating systems, productivity suites, collaboration tools, and business applications.
- Familiarity with network configurations and maintenance.
- Cloud technologies, Azure, VMware, Azure, and network infrastructure and security experience.
