The purpose of the role is to process products and materials into and out of the warehouse, accurately recording all stores materials movements in both receipt and dispatch. To support Production in providing materials to lineside and ensure production do not run out of materials and complete assigned tasks in full in support of colleagues for the next stage of supply chain.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Packing of finished goods for dispatch
- Accurate stock transactions in stock control system.
- Controlled dispatch of all finished goods.
- Accurate and timely issue of all production consumables.
- Contribution to Continuous improvement activities.
- Promote the development of quality standards and procedures
- Responsibility to adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policy at all times and operate and promote the development of quality standards and procedures taking ownership of tasks and to seek new improved ways of doing things
