We’re looking for a commercially minded, confident and analytical individual to join our Commercial/Business Development team as a
Priority Client Quote & Contracting Associate . This newly created role will work closely with priority pharmaceutical clients, initially supporting a major strategic account , and alongside our Business Development team to turn client requirements into accurate scopes, budgets, proposals and ultimately contracting documentation.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be a key link between our clients and internal teams, helping move projects smoothly from
“what does the client need?” to “what will it cost?” to “let’s get it contracted.”
Your responsibilities will include
- Working with clients and BD colleagues to understand programme requirements, including products, patient numbers, countries and timelines.
- Translating agreed requirements into budgets, pricing models and proposals .
- Managing straightforward scope changes and communicating their financial impact.
- Coordinating with BD, Programme Management, Legal, Operations, Data and IT to keep proposals moving.
- Managing client feedback and maintaining accurate information and version control in Salesforce.
- Supporting the preparation of
Statements of Work (SOWs) using approved scope and budget information.
- Improving pricing tools, templates and processes.
A commercial role with a pathway into BD, this isn’t a traditional sales role, cold calling and lead generation aren’t the focus .
We’re looking for someone who can build trusted client relationships, ask intelligent questions, understand client needs and spot potential commercial opportunities to bring back to the BD team.

Experience with
Salesforce, automation, AI or other productivity tools would be a plus.
