Our fast-paced Harrogate office is seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure our team can focus on our customers' needs.

The Role

In this vital role, you will keep our office running smoothly by managing administrative systems, processing vital orders, and maintaining workplace supplies. You will act as a key link between our administrative hub and our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Manage internal purchase requests efficiently.
  • Warehouse Liaison: Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfilment.
  • Stock Management: Monitor, order, and organise general office supplies.
  • Communication: Handle incoming emails and digital correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital records and spreadsheets.
