Exciting opportunities at CPS for Contractors! We are looking for Experienced IP Clinical Pharmacists to support our growing team. Qualifications:
- GPhC registration
- Immediate start date or short notice
- Full time availability
- Experience in primary care
- Proficiency in using GP system(s)
- Able to run chronic condition clinics
Advantageous:
- Involved in clinical supervision
- Involved in training
- CPPE pathway completion
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Key responsibilities include:
- Prescribing within clinical competency areas
- Supervision of junior Clinical Pharmacists
- PCN project management
- Processing prescriptions tasks
- Processing clinic letters
- Running medication reviews
- Running chronic condition reviews
- Running structured medication reviews
- Any other tasks or projects that we may require that are within the competencies of the Clinical Pharmacist
