About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established medical device distributor supplying the UK healthcare market with advanced solutions for minimally invasive surgery. Their portfolio supports clinicians across surgical urology, gynaecology, and ENT, helping hospitals deliver high-quality patient care through innovative, clinically proven technologies.
The Role
This is a full-time field-based sales role focused on developing strong, long-term relationships with key hospital stakeholders and driving sales across a specialist portfolio of medical devices used in minimally invasive surgical procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing accounts across South East London and the South East
- Building relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement
- Promoting and selling medical devices within urology, gynaecology, and ENT surgery
- Providing product support in theatre and delivering clinical value to customers
- Attending relevant exhibitions, conferences, and regional events
- Managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets
- Working independently while collaborating closely with internal colleagues and supplier partners
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Experience selling into NHS and/or private hospitals
- A good understanding of medical devices and the hospital environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter mindset with strong territory management skills
- A proven track record of success in Medical Device sales
- Previous experience in medical device sales, particularly within minimally invasive surgery, surgical urology, gynaecology, or ENT, is essential.
