Clinical Selection is partnering with a leading international medical technology organisation to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for a key UK region. This position offers the opportunity to represent a clinically proven portfolio focused on pain treatment, joint preservation, restorative therapies and bone graft solutions, working closely with surgeons and hospital stakeholders across both NHS and private healthcare environments.
The Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining and growing established accounts. The role is highly consultative, involving strategic sales discussions and clinical engagement within secondary care.
- Identifying and developing new customers and revenue opportunities
- Managing and protecting existing hospital accounts
- Creating and executing a territory business plan to exceed sales targets
- Engaging a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Delivering clinical in-service training and product education programmes
- Supporting healthcare providers in correct product use and patient application
- Representing the organisation with professionalism, integrity and a patient-focused mindset
This role involves regular interaction with surgical teams and theatre environments (OR exposure desirable but not essential).
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be an ambitious and motivated medical sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and experience selling into hospitals. You will ideally bring:
- A degree (or equivalent commercial experience)
- Minimum 3 years proven success in medical device, biotech, pharma, life sciences or a related sector
- Essential experience working with NHS secondary care and private hospitals
- Strong business-to-business sales capability
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence engaging with surgeons and senior clinical stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- A proactive, curious and continuous-learning mindset
