- Analysing sales performance, revenue, margins and market trends
- Conducting competitor and market analysis to identify risks and commercial opportunities
- Developing pricing strategies based on costs, market conditions and competitor activity

- Working closely with sales, marketing, purchasing and other internal stakeholders
- Supporting the commercial team with product knowledge, strategy and market insight
- Maintaining detailed project plans and tracking new product development against commercial objectives
- Producing regular reports on category performance, product development and market activity
The role will have a particular focus on products supplied into the UK healthcare sector.

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Product Manager with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience in Product Management or Category Management
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of a product portfolio
- Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills
- Experience developing and delivering product and marketing strategies
- The ability to build compelling business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A structured, methodical and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
- Creativity and innovation when identifying product and market opportunities
- Experience within the medical device, healthcare or DME sectors would be advantageous, as would experience selling or marketing products into UK healthcare markets. However, strong product management experience is considered the priority.
