A leading orthopaedic manufacturer is looking for a Sales Associate to join their commercial team in the South West of England, supporting hospitals with theatre-based clinical and sales support. This role is ideal for individuals with a clinical background such as theatre nurses or ODPs who are looking to step into or grow their career in medical device sales.
You will be instrumental in providing in-theatre product expertise, training, and operational support while working closely with the Area Sales Manager to drive commercial success across NHS and private hospital accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver in-theatre clinical support to surgeons and staff across the South West region.
- Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals through workshops, in-servicing, and live case support.
- Assist with stock management, ensuring products are available and correctly maintained for surgical use.
- Support the Area Sales Manager with executing the territory business plan.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, ensuring first-class service delivery.
- Be available on an on-call basis according to account and procedure requirements.
