Clinical Selection is partnering with a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation to appoint a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in driving new business across a high-potential territory.

Type: Full-time | Field-based

Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive new business opportunities across the territory
  • Leverage and expand an existing network within healthcare settings
  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals
  • Proactively secure meetings with clinicians and healthcare professionals
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations in clinical environments
  • Maintain and utilise CRM systems to support targeted sales activity
  • Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline
  • Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and articulate key value propositions
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities
  • Gather and share market intelligence to support commercial strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling into NHS environments, particularly with Tissue Viability Nurses (TVNs), Infection Control, Estates, and EBME teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at a clinical level
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Results-driven with a solid understanding of structured sales processes
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
  • Able to navigate busy clinical settings with demonstration equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the North West
