Job Title: Territory Manager Medical Devices Location: South central , Field-Based, UK Are you an experienced Territory Manager with a strong background in medical device sales? We are currently seeking a driven and dedicated Territory Manager to join a high-performing sales team and help achieve ambitious growth targets within the territory. This role involves managing sales activities within the territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring customer needs are met with integrity and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and able to communicate complex technical and medical information effectively. Key Responsibilities : Promote and sell a specialized product portfolio to healthcare customers within the territory. Provide product and clinical information to customers, facilitating safe and effective use of products. Conduct necessary training for customers, ensuring optimal product usage. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within each account. Track customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records on key individuals, demographics, and sales data. Stay informed about competitor activity at both hospital and regional levels. Report sales opportunities, business risks, and potential growth avenues to support company objectives. Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, and Quality to ensure high-quality customer support. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the Medical Device industry.
