Clinical Selection is partnering with a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation to appoint a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in driving new business across a high-potential territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive new business opportunities across the territory
- Leverage and expand an existing network within healthcare settings
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals
- Proactively secure meetings with clinicians and healthcare professionals
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations in clinical environments
- Maintain and utilise CRM systems to support targeted sales activity
- Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline
- Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and articulate key value propositions
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities
- Gather and share market intelligence to support commercial strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling into NHS environments, particularly with Tissue Viability Nurses (TVNs), Infection Control, Estates, and EBME teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at a clinical level
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Results-driven with a solid understanding of structured sales processes
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
- Able to navigate busy clinical settings with demonstration equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North West
