Clinical Partners is one of the UK's leading private mental health providers, and we are expanding our product and design team to support our rapid growth. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us build clear, accessible and effective digital experiences for patients, clinicians and internal teams with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent users who need predictable, low cognitive load journeys.

In this role, you will lead user research, map out end-to-end journeys, design intuitive flows and prototypes, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure we are solving the right problems. You will help shape our design system, support consistent design practice across squads, and make sure every decision is grounded in user insight, accessibility and measurable impact on patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading user research with patients, clinicians and internal teams, turning insights into clear journeys and opportunities
  • Designing end-to-end experiences, from early concepts and prototypes through to detailed interaction design
  • Ensuring accessibility and inclusive design principles are embedded throughout our products
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to validate ideas and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Contributing to our design system and helping scale consistent design practice across teams
  • Defining and tracking experience-focused success metrics and supporting usability testing and iteration
Requirements:
  • A strong portfolio showing user-centred design across web and mobile
  • Experience working in complex or regulated environments (healthcare is a bonus)
  • Confidence running discovery, research, prototyping and usability testing
  • Strong interaction design skills and a solid understanding of accessibility (including cognitive accessibility)
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and working within platform constraints (Salesforce experience helpful)
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
  • Experience with booking flows, triage/referral pathways or clinical/admin workflows (Desirable)
  • Exposure to service design, experimentation or analytics tools (Desirable)
Remuneration and Benefits:
