  • Support the delivery of People projects and initiatives that improve colleague experience, organisational effectiveness and business performance.
  • Ensure people practices remain aligned with employment legislation, company policy and organisational values.
  • Build strong and credible relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience operating as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role within a complex organisation.
  • Demonstratable experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning, change management and performance management.
  • Experience supporting talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ability to interpret and utilise workforce data and analytics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance people priorities within business needs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
  • Experience working within healthcare or another regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, organisational change or growth programmes.
  • Experience operating within a matrix or multi-business unit structure.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, workforce analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience supporting distributed or hybrid workforces.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced People Partner seeking the opportunity to influence business performance, drive organisational effectiveness and help shape the colleague experience within a growing heathcare organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
