Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading mental health providers, working privately and with the NHS to support individuals and families through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. Our patient focused approach is supported by a growing team who keep our services running smoothly every day.

We’re now looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our expanding Product & Technology function. If you’re passionate about enabling high performing teams, driving meaningful delivery, and shaping products that genuinely make a difference, this could be your next move.

In this role, you’ll work across 2–3 cross functional squads, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers and operational teams to ensure priorities are clear, collaboration is strong, and value is delivered at pace. You’ll be the link between product, engineering and the wider business — removing blockers, embedding change and championing continuous improvement.

You’ll join a mission driven, collaborative team working on products with real impact. Expect autonomy, support from experienced leaders, and the chance to influence how we scale our delivery practices as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end to end delivery for multiple squads, ensuring work is delivered on time, in scope and aligned with business goals.
  • Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans and deliverables.
  • Oversee planning, risk management and governance for complex initiatives.
  • Build enough technical and domain understanding to unblock teams and communicate effectively across functions.
  • Coach squads in agile ways of working and software delivery best practice.
  • Facilitate key ceremonies (planning, stand ups, retros, etc.) while building squad capability to self organise.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, metrics and review processes.
  • Coordinate with business and operational teams to prepare for product releases and organisational change.
  • Lead go live planning, hypercare and post release adoption.
  • Ensure clear communication of impacts, timelines and responsibilities.
  • Act as the central point of contact between squads and wider business functions.
  • Deliver clear, transparent comms to support visibility and alignment.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies early, balancing squad priorities with organisational needs.
Requirements
  • Significant experience managing technology delivery, with strong expertise in product and software development.
  • Proven track record leading multiple agile squads in a complex environment.
  • Ability to build a high performing, supportive team culture and coach teams to deliver quality at pace.
  • Strong understanding of software development and cloud technologies across the full SDLC (e.g. discovery, UCD, AI supported development, automated testing, CI/CD, observability).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies and release processes across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience planning and leading product releases and technology change programmes.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
  • Experience coordinating agile planning across multiple squads.
  • Knowledge of product design and discovery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
