This is the first dedicated Product Analyst role at Clinical Partners and a key hire for the Product team. The Lead Product Analyst will establish product analytics as a core capability, shaping how we define metrics, instrument journeys, build dashboards, and use data to make better product decisions. Our data landscape is complex and imperfect, with information spread across multiple systems. This role is about bringing clarity to that reality, creating pragmatic and trusted insight today, while building stronger analytics foundations for the future. You will work closely with the Director of Product, Product Managers, Design, Engineering and the Data team to embed analytics into how squads operate, support product strategy with evidence, and enable clearer decision‑making across the organisation. This primarily home‑based role requires occasional travel to London for meetings and team collaboration.

- Help teams define measurable outcomes before solutions are built.
- Partner with Product, Data, Ops, Clinical and Finance to support unit economics and ROI analysis.
- Improve analytics tooling and instrumentation where it materially improves insight.
- Build analytics capability across Product by coaching PMs and raising data literacy.
