- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, metrics and review processes.
- Coordinate with business and operational teams to prepare for product releases and organisational change.
- Lead go live planning, hypercare and post release adoption.
- Ensure clear communication of impacts, timelines and responsibilities.
- Act as the central point of contact between squads and wider business functions.
- Deliver clear, transparent comms to support visibility and alignment.
- Escalate risks and dependencies early, balancing squad priorities with organisational needs.
- Significant experience managing technology delivery, with strong expertise in product and software development.
- Proven track record leading multiple agile squads in a complex environment.
- Ability to build a high performing, supportive team culture and coach teams to deliver quality at pace.

- Experience managing risks, dependencies and release processes across multiple initiatives.
- Experience planning and leading product releases and technology change programmes.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
- Experience coordinating agile planning across multiple squads.
- Knowledge of product design and discovery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
- 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.
- A day off for your birthday.
- Flexible working opportunities to suit your personal needs.
