Clinical Partners are looking for a highly experienced Neurodiversity Coach to join our team on a self‑employed basis to provide specialist coaching support for children and adults with a neurodevelopmental (ND) diagnosis. Our team is made up of experienced mental health professionals committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be delivering structured, strengths‑based coaching interventions to individuals seeking support following an ND diagnosis, with full support from our clinical and administrative teams. We can offer up to full‑time hours and flexible working opportunities (online/remote or face‑to‑face in our Oxford clinics), within a growing and supportive service. You will be provided with clinically triaged referrals from our experienced team. We take care of the appointment booking, patient questionnaires, and administration, leaving you free to focus on what you do best: patient care.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma in Neurodiversity Coaching (minimum Level 7), including assessed supervised practice.
  • At least 3 years of relevant post‑qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and neurodiversity‑affirming practice.
  • A formal practitioner background (e.g., mental health nursing, CBT therapist or similar regulated profession) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and professional boundary‑setting skills.
  • Indemnity insurance.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (issue date within 12 months or registered with update service).
  • Evidence of recent safeguarding training (Level 2 or above).
  • Strong communication and report‑writing skills.

Professional Registration: We welcome applicants whose training is accredited or recognised by professional coaching bodies such as:

  • International Coaching Federation (ICF)
  • Association for Coaching (AC)
  • European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
