We are currently recruiting for support workers for a elderly residential home based in Lancing which supports residents 18+ with learning disabilities.

Your role will be to ensure the residents are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.

You will need to be flexible with shifts.

Shift patterns are:

07:00 – 15:00
08:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 22:00
16:00 – 21:00
21:45 – 07:45Job Requirements:

Experience working with learning disabilities
DBS on update service (Desirable)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisionsKey Responsibilities

Encourage New skill development
Attending appointments
Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks
