Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Supervisor(a) SSOMA con experiencia en operaciones mineras, seguridad industrial y gestión documental en campo, para proyecto temporal en unidad minera. La posición requiere experiencia en supervisión de seguridad, elaboración y aprobación de documentación SSOMA, así como acompañamiento operativo en labores de campo.
Requisitos
- Profesional técnico o universitario en Ingeniería de Seguridad, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería de Minas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en supervisión SSOMA en proyectos mineros, industriales o de alto riesgo.
- Experiencia en elaboración de documentación de seguridad: PETS, IPERC, Mapas de proceso, Registros y documentación operativa.
- Experiencia en aprobación de documentación en mina con cliente.
- Conocimiento en supervisión de trabajos de alto riesgo y control operativo.
- Experiencia en candado y bloqueo de equipos (LOTO).
- Contar con examen médico ocupacional vigente o apto para trabajos en altura.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en Huarmey – Proyecto Antamina.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
Funciones
- Elaborar y gestionar la documentación SSOMA requerida para el proyecto.
- Preparar PETS, IPERC, mapas de proceso y registros operativos.
- Coordinar la aprobación de documentos con el cliente en unidad minera.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad durante las labores en campo.
- Ejecutar inspecciones de seguridad y control de trabajos de riesgo.
- Supervisar actividades de bloqueo y candado de seguridad de equipos.
- Participar activamente en labores operativas y acompañamiento en campo.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de seguridad del proyecto.

- Jornada laboral: Turno diurno de 12 horas.
