Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Médico Auditor EMO para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Salud Ocupacional. El puesto será responsable de auditar historias clínicas ocupacionales, supervisar el correcto desarrollo de las atenciones diarias de EMO y asegurar la calidad médica, documentaria y operativa del servicio, en coordinación con el área de Operaciones.

Buscamos un profesional con experiencia comprobada en auditoría de historias clínicas de exámenes médicos ocupacionales, con capacidad de supervisión, criterio médico, liderazgo y orientación a la mejora continua.

Requisitos indispensables
  • Médico Cirujano titulado, colegiado y con habilitación vigente.
  • SERUMS concluido.
  • Maestría o diplomado en Salud Ocupacional.
  • Especialidad, maestría y/o diplomado en Auditoría Médica, Seguridad del Paciente, Gestión de Servicios de Salud, Gerencia en Salud, Derecho Médico o Responsabilidad Médico Legal.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en empresas del sector salud.
  • Experiencia comprobada auditando historias clínicas de Exámenes Médicos Ocupacionales — EMO. Excluyente.
  • Experiencia supervisando personal asistencial en procesos EMO: médicos, enfermeras, técnicos y tecnólogos médicos.
  • Conocimiento en criterios de aptitud médica ocupacional, certificados de aptitud, interconsultas, legajos médicos y levantamiento de observaciones.
  • Manejo de documentación médica digital, reportes, indicadores y herramientas informáticas.
Funciones principales
  • Auditar historias clínicas ocupacionales, certificados de aptitud, interconsultas y documentación médica del proceso EMO.
  • Supervisar el correcto desarrollo de las atenciones diarias de EMO, verificando el desempeño de médicos, enfermeras, técnicos y tecnólogos médicos.
  • Coordinar con Operaciones para asegurar la continuidad, orden y calidad del servicio.
  • Asegurar el envío oportuno de certificados de aptitud, historias clínicas ocupacionales, legajos médicos y reportes solicitados por los clientes.
  • Realizar el levantamiento y seguimiento de observaciones médicas, pacientes observados, consultas, quejas o reclamos relacionados al proceso EMO.
  • Retroalimentar al equipo EMO sobre hallazgos de auditoría, errores recurrentes y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Participar en la mejora de procedimientos, instructivos, formatos y controles del proceso EMO.
