Principales responsabilidades
- Liderar la estrategia comercial y desarrollo de negocios.
- Prospectar, captar y desarrollar nuevos clientes corporativos.
- Gestionar y fidelizar cuentas estratégicas.
- Elaborar, sustentar y negociar propuestas técnico-comerciales.
- Participar en licitaciones, homologaciones y procesos de contratación corporativa.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión de servicios.
- Cumplir objetivos comerciales, de rentabilidad y crecimiento de cartera.
- Liderar y acompañar al equipo comercial.
- Coordinar con las áreas operativas la implementación de los servicios contratados.
Requisitos
- Formación Académica: Titulado(a) en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales, Economía, Medicina o carreras afines. Deseable especialización o diplomado en Gestión Comercial, Desarrollo de Negocios, Ventas Consultivas o Salud Ocupacional.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en posiciones comerciales, desarrollo de negocios o gestión de cuentas corporativas; 3 años en empresas de Salud Ocupacional, Clínicas Ocupacionales, Servicios Médicos Empresariales o empresas vinculadas al sector. Experiencia comprobada en captación de clientes corporativos, negociación y cierre de contratos; licitaciones, homologaciones y gestión de propuestas comerciales; liderazgo de equipos comerciales y gestión de indicadores de desempeño.
- Conocimientos: Comercialización de servicios de Salud Ocupacional; Exámenes Médicos Ocupacionales (EMO); Vigilancia Médica Ocupacional (VMO); Tópicos Ocupacionales; Outsourcing Médico y Asistencial; Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST); Riesgos Psicosociales y Psicología Ocupacional; Servicios para minería, industria y proyectos corporativos; Manejo de CRM, Excel y herramientas de gestión comercial; Elaboración de propuestas técnico-económicas y análisis de rentabilidad.
