Funciones principales

  • Gestionar requerimientos internos de bienes y servicios, asegurando atención oportuna.
  • Solicitar, analizar y comparar cotizaciones de proveedores.
  • Negociar condiciones comerciales (precio, plazo y forma de pago).
  • Generar y realizar seguimiento a órdenes de compra hasta su conformidad.
  • Controlar y actualizar el kardex de almacén (ingresos y salidas).
  • Ejecutar inventarios físicos y validar diferencias con el sistema.
  • Organizar el almacén bajo criterios de orden, control y seguridad.
  • Mantener actualizada la base y evaluación de proveedores.
  • Gestionar documentación logística (facturas, guías, OC, registros).

Requisitos

  • Técnico o Bachiller en Administración, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en logística, compras o almacén.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimiento en inventarios, kardex y procesos de compras.
  • Deseable manejo de ERP (SAP, Odoo u otros).
