Funciones principales:
- Liderar procesos de reclutamiento y selección masiva y especializada en sector salud ocupacional (médicos, enfermeros, psicólogos, SST, administrativos y operativos).
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de atracción de talento (campo, digital, hunting).
- Conducir entrevistas por competencias, técnicas y evaluaciones psicométricas con enfoque predictivo.
- Elaborar informes psicolaborales ejecutivos (nivel cliente/gerencia).
- Gestionar indicadores de RR.HH.: cobertura, tiempo de cierre, rotación, efectividad de selección, clima laboral.
- Administrar procesos de ingreso, contratación, control documentario, fotocheck, EPP y ceses bajo cumplimiento normativo.
- Liderar procesos de inducción, capacitación y evaluación de desempeño.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de normativas laborales, SST y lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (ISO 9001, 45001, 27001, 14001, 37001).
- Soporte directo a operaciones y clientes (cuentas industriales/mineras).
Requisitos (filtro obligatorio):
- Titulado(a) en Psicología, Administración o afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el sector salud (indispensable), gestionando reclutamiento masivo y procesos integrales de talento humano.
- Experiencia específica en clínicas ocupacionales, servicios de salud o empresas de outsourcing de personal de salud.
- Manejo de perfiles clínicos (médicos, enfermería, tecnólogos, etc.) y conocimiento del flujo operativo del sector.
- Diplomados o especializaciones en Gestión del Talento Humano, Evaluación de Desempeño, Legislación Laboral.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas: Excel (nivel analítico), Power BI (deseable), SharePoint / herramientas colaborativas.
- Conocimiento sólido en KPIs de RR.HH. y gestión por competencias.
- Alta capacidad de ejecución, manejo de presión y cumplimiento de plazos.
