En Clínica de Ojos D` Opeluce SAC estamos en búsqueda de un/a Teleoperador/a de atención al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo. Responsabilidades:

  • Atender llamadas telefónicas de los pacientes y resolver sus dudas o consultas relacionadas con nuestros servicios oftalmológicos.
  • Brindar información acerca de los diferentes tratamientos y procedimientos que ofrecemos en la clínica.
  • Gestionar y agendar citas médicas en el sistema, asegurando una correcta coordinación entre los pacientes y los especialistas.
  • Realizar seguimiento a los pacientes antes y después de su visita a la clínica, asegurando su satisfacción y resolviendo cualquier inquietud o inconveniente que puedan tener.
  • Mantener una buena comunicación con las diferentes áreas de la clínica para garantizar una correcta atención a los pacientes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferentemente en el ámbito de la salud.
  • Conocimientos básicos de informática y manejo de sistemas de gestión de citas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.
  • Tener conocimiento del Sited (deseable pero no indispensable).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios fijos de lunes a viernes de 07:40 a 18:00 y sábado de 7:40 a 13:10 horas en el distrito de Lince.
