Virtual Tree Service Estimator (Remote)
About the Role
ClimbingHI is seeking a Virtual Estimator to review project scopes and prepare accurate, professional estimates for residential and commercial tree care clients across Maui. You\’ll work closely with our field team and operations manager to translate visual data into clear proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client-submitted videos, images, field notes, and live video streams
- Prepare flat-rate estimates using our internal templates and standards
- Ensure estimates are clear, well-priced, and align with the scope
- Communicate with the operations team to clarify the scope or access needs
- Occasionally follow up on open bids to answer client questions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in estimating, tree care, landscaping, or similar fields
- Strong understanding of tree work types and pricing variables
- Excellent written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and self-managed
- Proficient with Google Docs, email, and simple estimating tools
Pay
