Role Requirements
- Responsible for implementing & maintaining ISO9001 collectively at all sites across UK Manufacturing.
- Ensuring procedures are adhered to and updated in line with ISO9001 & Business needs.
- Coordinating all monthly reports and continuous improvements.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are observed and maintained.
- To promote and encourage effective communication.
- To assist in implementation of total quality and process improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Update and maintain QMS procedures & instructions.
- Ensure cohesion & collaboration between the 3 UK Manufacturing sites relating to QMS procedures & controlled documents.
- Carry out & manage internal audits to the annual audit plan (ISO9001).
- Lead customer / external quality audits.
- Collate and report monthly KPIs from all departments in line with the Quality Objectives.
- Assist in corrective action/continuous improvement management & implementation.
- Produce management reports for monthly meetings.
- Management of Change - (Quality procedures and Specifications).
- Management of the training plan.
- Update training documents.
- Approval / management of suppliers for the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Supplier audits (ISO9001).
- Ensure all monthly reports are completed (Training Matrix Review, Maintenance log, ECN log, NCR Log, etc).
- Assist in the maintenance of the calibration log across all sites.
- Ensure controlled documents are reviewed and managed.
- Update Client held specifications with MOC.
- Ensure that all new employees have induction training relating to the QMS.
- Managing FMEAs & other risk management processes.
- Use and understand the IT tools within the job role (EFACS, Q-Pulse).
- Regular travel between all sites.
