The core requirement of this role is to machine components to a very high standard, consistently meeting both customer and quality specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manufacture components precisely according to engineering drawings while adhering to all company Quality procedures.
- Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications to produce components to the correct standards within estimated production times.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating manual lathes.
- Working knowledge of relevant tooling applications and machine tool capabilities, including the ability to determine tool feed and speeds required for efficient cycle times.
40 hours per week on days and nights. 32% shift allowance for night shifts. Salary DOE.
