Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading company in the Sheffield area Salesperson to join our fast-paced Oil and Gas team as part of our stock holding business with an established track-record in Sales. Role & Responsibilities: * Working with designated UK accounts to generate business by converting opportunities into orders. * Occasional travel within the UK (may include overnight stays) to meet with customers and attend trade shows. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. * Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to departmental objectives. Main Duties: * Reviewing customer specifications, calculating costings, and creating quotations. * Management of customer accounts and increasing sales through organic growth. * As required visit accounts they are responsible for and potential customers. * Contribute to visit planning and identifying stock replenishment to the Sales Manager. * Maintaining and updating the CRM system to enable review of customer, trends, and opportunities. * Undertake quotation and sales order review procedures and any relevant documentation that may be required. * Follow up opportunities to Provide market feedback on pricing and competition activity. Essential Skills/Experience * Experience in working in a fast-paced sales environment. * Can demonstrate negotiation and selling techniques. * Excellent communication skills with a desire to build relationships face-to face. * Has experience using CRM and ERP systems and has he ability to use data to assist decision making. * Ability to prioritize and manage workload. * Flexibility for travel * Full UK Driving Licence * Fluent in English (Written & spoken) Pay &; Benefits Pay and Benefits – £ DOE
